According to the case details, Zhao Jiarui is suing the main company of SNH48, Shanghai Siba Media Group, and also Siba’s subsidiary in Shenyang.
Now, Shenyang Siba Media is the company that oversees SNH48’s sister group in Shenyang, called “SHY48,” which is where Zhao Jiarui debuted.
The contract dispute case is set to be heard in the Hongkou District People’s Court on March 20, 2024.
From what’s been made public, Zhao Jiarui used to be a member of SNH48 who resigned in October 2023.
Oh, and by the way, Zhao Jiarui was also a former member of the first generation of SHY48, and she was transferred to SNH48 after the group disbanded.
