While attending the opening ceremony of this year’s Songkran Festival, the Thai superstar showed up in a stunning traditional Thai dress, drawing eyes as always. But it wasn’t just her outfit that got people talking.
In a relaxed chat with the media, Yaya shared that even though her wedding with longtime beau Nadech Kugimiya is only planned for 2026, she’s already started fitting bridal gowns.
“Honestly, I know it’s a bit early,” she said with a laugh, “but every time I try one on, I feel like crying. I’m really going to be a bride!”
Yaya admitted that she’s not doing this out of pressure, but pure excitement. It’s her close friends—many of whom are already married—who encouraged her to start trying on dresses early.
“They told me it’s better to explore the styles I like now. That way, when the time comes, I’ll know exactly what suits me best.”
